    我的生物钟已经完全乱了,唉,其实之所以我无法作自己想做的事情,比如为什么在学校可以有行动?就是因为有人际关系的影响,还有就是那种从很小就形成的对上课的默认行动,所以才有了动作的,妈的到现在才弄清楚,所以我要弄清为什么我自己在放假的时候会很痛苦的原因。
    放了假,没有作业,也就没有了那种默认的上课学习观念,回到了家,也没了原本学校里的人积极关系所涉及到的动作,在家里吃饭随时都可以,不用动弹,于是,虽有梦想,却被懒惰抑制着动作,这已经成为了一种习惯,再加上电脑+音乐+游戏机的关系,因为在这三样东西面前,你不用有任何可以被称作动作的动作,于是,在假期中我的生活形态就固定了,不痛苦才怪!!总结下来,我的痛苦主要是来源于我的什么都不做与我想要有梦想动作两者之间的矛盾产生的,所以,想要在放假的时候做梦想的动作,必须克服电脑+音乐+游戏机+懒惰,在这里面,电脑+音乐+游戏机代表着物质上的欲望,而懒惰则代表着精神上的欲望,相比之下还是懒惰更难被克服,当然如果是在学校还要克服那种默认学习观念和人际关系习惯所带来的影响。
    懒惰。要怎样才能克服?爸爸说过让我减肥,说太胖了会变懒,也许老爸年轻的时候也曾经历像现在的我一样,我也就使我的所谓的精神改变物质的逆向吧,那么怎样才能减肥呢?这又需要精神上的支柱才可以,也就是说,跟梦想是差不多的,也就可以说,减肥就是我的梦想之一,逻辑就是这样的,但要如何做?逻辑分析整整绕了一圈!!还是要靠毅力了,毅力这东西我现在是无法用逻辑分析解释的,这也是一大难点,但是我的问题的最终核心就是解决这个问题:如何变的有毅力?
    如何变的有毅力。好一个令我迷糊的问题,怎样来解释,下次说吧。。
